On the 10th May 2025 I will host an interactive workshop on practical nutritional strategies that support sustained energy, weight management and overall health.

The workshop includes a live cooking demonstration with tasters—showing simple and delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, and snacks—easy to recreate in your daily routine.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wish to learn more about how diet can help improve energy levels, metabolic health and weight management and want to learn simple and delicious recipes to incorporate into their daily routine.

Award-winning Nutritional Therapist Lorraine Nicolle will explain game-changing nutrition interventions for optimising health in mid-life, especially bone health, digestion, urinary tract and vaginal health, mood and mental clarity.
Fitness and Wellbeing coach Ellie Brown will give advice on how you can boost self-confidence, manage your weight and reduce symptoms of the menopause with exercise.
Nutritional Therapist Zannie Krogh will advise on how to support your emotional wellbeing during the menopause with lifestyle and nutrition.
